ROSEHILL

This one-of-a-kind project was built on 300 acres in Rosehill. A working equine ranch, the improvements consisted of two large “barns,” an arena, and a pond. The first barn building is the Mare Barn which houses a dozen stalls, an insemination room, a laboratory, a sick bay, and a veterinarian’s apartment above the lab. The second barn building is the Show Barn, which houses another 18 stalls, five offices, a Trophy Hall and domed staircase with a hand-painted mural of the stallion whose Egyptian bloodline anchored this Arabian breeding and training ranch. The second level has a commercial kitchen and ballroom that can seat two hundred guests.
